Damin Lujan aka zaoone was born in Los Angeles, Ca. At the young age of five, he picked up a skateboard and sketchbook and hasn’t stopped pursuing his calling since. His artistic eye was shaped by the graffiti art and culture saturating the streets of Santa Monica and Venice. Most of his early works consisted of graffiti letters covering skate decks plastered with bible pages. He moved onto large scale pieces and now loves to work creating murals for private residences, coffee shops, homeless shelters, music venues and more. Now you will seldom find him without a spray can in his hand. Over the years, he has broadened his artistic repertoire to include sign painting and hand lettering.
